Jonathan began his legal career with Nessler & Associates in 2007. Based in Springfield, he works on personal injury and wrongful death matters, including automobile collisions, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, catastrophic injuries, and premises liability. In 2024, Jonathan was appointed to the Illinois Judicial Conference Task Force on Artificial Intelligence. The task force’s work informed the Illinois Supreme Court’s AI policy. His writing and teaching have followed the same questions into legal ethics, practice management, and the changing economics of legal services.
